How To Chill Harder is a series on making magic out of simple things to get the most of your chill time. 

There are many ways and means to adopt a Chill Harder outlook. I have always loved a theme and found that music has the strongest power to impact and change an outlook almost immediately. In a recent article for Conscious Lifestyle Magazine; producer, composer, and keynote speaker on the healing aspects of music, Barry Goldstein explains that in addition to the emotional effects of music (that we feel, but are difficult to measure), music affects the brain in measurable physical ways. For example, singing can release oxytocin, the "cuddle hormone" and listening to music can naturally increase the flow of dopamine, the neurotransmitter that allows us to experience feelings of enjoyment, bliss, and even euphoria.

Here at Chill Harder, both Mag and myself have been compiling a playlist that might just put you right into the 'chill' zone.
